Considering PS4 games retail at £50, I'll be buying PS3 games for a long long time yet, and probably only get a PS4 when there's exclusives that I can't live without.
It will probably be a HD collection game or something. It will be.....soon, but not next year I guess.. From hardcore gamers to converts and newbies, all are welcome in /r/PS3. I'm still going to be actively buying PS3 games until at least 2016.

As far as I'm aware, they want to make more physical releases of digital only PS3 games, really only getting the publishers on board that's the problem. There are still good games coming out for at least the next 2 years, and even after that, there's a lot of PS3 games I have yet to play. I play on both consoles, for example I bought Prince of Persia for the PS3 recently and i'll probably buy more games that I didn't get the chance to play yet, it makes waiting for more PS4 games alot easier.

But I have a list of some older games I still want to get for my PS3, and those will probably last me until I get a PS4. I doubt I'll ever really have a definitive last PS3 game. I bought it for my dad and never played it myself! I was planning to get PS4 next month but I think I need to hold on to that, maybe by the end of the year or next...or when MGS5:The Phantom Pain arrives.
