With chapters for starters & sides, fish, meat & vegetable mains, puddings, brunch, condiments and cocktails, a menu can easily be devised for any occasion and purpose. There are some really promising ones in here- and the "simple" method is nice for recognizing that sometimes you have lots of time, but don't want to get a bunch of ingredients; or maybe vice versa.
