Taste it after it has simmered (before adding the gnocchi and bocconcini and add additional salt and pepper, as needed, to really bring out the flavours. Place a medium pot of salted water on to a boil and place a strainer into the water.

You'll want to bake this at least 30 minutes, but it's even more delicious if you can leave it in the oven another 15-20 minutes longer. Me, too!
