You may also earn a minor in materials science and engineering. The Polytechnic School is making a new higher education experience, one that focuses on learning through making things and solving real-world challenges through collaboration. Career employment opportunities include direct manufacturing support, manufacturing management and quality control and assurance in large and midsized, established manufacturing companies. Following initial coursework in mathematics and sciences, the foundation classes build a solid base of engineering knowledge.
At the Polytechnic School, we believe how you learn and teach is as important as what you learn and teach. Within 3-5 years after graduating, our alumni will have entered into a broad range of career paths including industry, government, nonprofit, entrepreneurship, and graduate and professional education. ASU’s degree program is the third in the Southwestern U.S. and one of about 20 worldwide. Call 480-727-1585 to schedule an appointment.
