I almost always do my eyes before my concealer due to fallout, but these shadows I’d feel confident doing my eyes after my concealer. Even though their products are reasonably priced, every dollar adds up. The beauty industry can be very large and overwhelming for a new start-up. Adept Cosmetics recently released two new palettes!

The deep eggplant purple one is my favorite but all 3 are beautiful in person. To whoever said they are better than Makeup Geek shadows.. umm NO.
I also got a small palette from the website to keep these in which seems well built and has a nice mirror. They donate 5% of their profit for some cosmetics (specifically their Tach-y-on Loose Eye Powders) to the Centers for Missing and Exploited Children. If you order a cosmetic product from them and happen to notice a “chemical” smell, that is normal since they don’t use fragrance to cover the scent of the raw ingredients.

Sample. The color is 100% phenomenally gorgeous. 1K likes. I dont plan on taking it on the go so I cannot give it a review in that regard, But it seems sturdy, really big, fits A LOT of shadows. I have over 6 and chose all three colors to differentiate eye products, face/foundation products, blushes and lip colors.
It's nice and has a "high end" feel and look to it.

The shimmers are nice, but the duochromes (“diamond shades”) that I got are really what blew me away. and a new review!

Overall I had a very good experience with this brand and, especially if they release more duochromes, I’d gladly order again! I have only tried a couple of these eyeshadows, but I got to try at least one in every finish. These eyeshadows have both pros and cons. Adept Cosmetics, Centennial, Colorado. These double-sided adept empty palettes are amazing. Not much of a fan of Zpallette brand anymore, this is an amazing alternative. Wanted to get rid of the packaging of a certain brand Im not supporting anymore while still getting my moneys worth and this is the perfect way to do so. Ive had it a few weeks now and I really love it. Brand. Two palettes are filled with 26mm shadows(56 per side) The other has 36mm-37mm highlighters/blushes(28 per side). ... Now more than ever it’s important to take a moment for ourselves.
The price has gone up since my 1st purchase, but these are much more durable than cheap cardboard palettes and nicer looking, too.

Adept Cosmetics sent me the 2 cardboard palettes for review purposes, but this does not impact my review in any way. I just got my new 88 palette yesterday and it’s such a HUGE improvement … I did find that it was a little too large to use for daily use at home, especially since I sit at a packed makeup desk to apply my makeup.
