The fact is that this fragrance is not boring like some other fragrances are which stay the same throughout the whole life of the scent. Tom Ford Noir Extreme plays beautifully with your body chemistry and when the dry down stage comes, there’s when the “manly” notes start to kick in. I do find this to be a quality scent with great longevity and projection.
Unfortunately, I suspect this product is a counterfeit. I mean if you don't own Habit Rouge EDP then this would be a good alternative by HR EDP is better. It’s the Chanel No. Another very noticeable scent is the spiciness.

Here these middle notes are stronger than the top ones, with the sweetness of Kulfi being very strong. It has very good longevity on my skin and the ingredients are of a good quality. It does feel like an EDP, with the enhanced thickness, close projection and decent longevity. And it reeks of something very personal and sexy. I really love this cologne and I will recommend it to gentleman that likes to smell good. Might be hard for a young guy to pull off. I get a blast of green medicinal chemically whatever. If vanilla ruins things for you, then I expect vanilla will ruin this for you. Tom Ford Noir Extreme literally takes me on a journey. My own fault should have gone to a box store for a test. Not every fragrance of course, but generally fragrances tend to leave stains on clothes, especially dark and strong ones. The box is a golden color and textured with vertical lines that you can definitely feel if you touch it. In fact, not only does it fail as a mainstream fragrance, it makes me want to reevaluate the Tom Ford line's other work. On the front, it says “TOM FORD NOIR EXTREME” “Eau de Parfum” in black and on the back it has the list of ingredients and some other minor information. It feels like a clean scent, but a warm kind of clean. Well some reviewers saying this scent is masculine are you nuts.
If you spray it on your clothes, it might seem like the fragrance is lasting for hours and hours or even days, but believe me, it doesn’t project as well as on your body, because the clothes are, well, cold, while the heat from your body helps the fragrance to project better.
