First techs were helpful, later never returned calls.
The service was awesome till the last 2 weeks then we replaced new sim and no service since.
Your speeds will vary based on distance to tower, geography, and tower load. They sent us a new Sim card and it did not wor. They like getting your money but they don’t they don’t spend much on support.

My star review is based on prior Blazing Hog service when ATT was an option. I have called three times and only spoke with one perosn who said to expect a call back. A netgear modem LB1120 and a tmobile card. I never got return calls until I finally said to cancel my subscription and then the calls and emails came in to beg not to cancel.

They are apparently working in the grey area with AT&T because AT&T periodically throws all their sim cards off their network and they try to push out new ones. Was told I could use the Mofi modem I already had, their service worked a short time, then I was sent multiple SIM cards, with multiple excuses, then was ju.

They are one of very few MVNOs that provide their services nationwide and have the highest coverage thanks to exclusive deals they have made with T-mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. As other reviews have stated, if I can warn anyone who might read this – DON’T get Blazing or as we call it “Dead Hog.” We’ve had so many issues that they’re hard to list but I will give you a general idea of what, they suck no Customer service
Still haven’t received chip however, my internet has been down 41 hours. I live in a very remote area of Texas and cell phone signal is slim at best. I will be canceling this service. When I determined after abou, joseph marcel leduc - March 7, 2020 @ 23:46. Customers don’t get callbacks, they’re ignored. I can confidently say that their customer service is the worst my wife and I have ever experienced. To me that is shi**y customer service.
And, talking to their customer service department was a NIGHTMARE because I was NEVER connected to someone that spoke English and if by chance I did get to someone they were absolutely no help; therefore, I was stuck with paying a very high bill for HORENDOUS internet service that did nothing but buffer. Their tech support does not answer the phone and you have to leave a voice mail. Repeated customer service calls are apparently ignored unless there is such a huge backlog of calls and only 2 or 3 agents there to handle them. As so many others have stated already, this company cannot be trusted.

I can watch Netflix, Prime, or DirecTV Now with no problem 98% of the time. I paid $300.00 to sign on with them, and pay $100.00 per month. What upsets me most is during my phone call the “agent” who is supposed to tell you your coverage area when I pressed about at least getting 20 mbps which is double what I get with Centurylink, she affirmed that I would be getting that kind of speed. Every game he installed was downloaded in virtually no time.

What I got was 6.7Mb download speed and upload speeds in the Kb ra. .89 speed download hard to get tech. I work from home and have been since before the Covid hit and had no problem up until now. Had to put old card back in. 4G LTE WIRELESS INTERNET THAT WON’T SLOW YOU DOWN. You can NEVER reach Tech support only an answering service.

SCAM, I think ,hang up, call the service and report 3 times , finally talk to Brian, (billing) he wants sign up money. (Netgear). Offering its services over cell phone towers and utilizing 4G LTE technology to bring fast and stable internet to its users, Blazing Hog are an MVNO. I was told by the sales rep I would get 36 ms ping!!!
