And, talking to their customer service department was a NIGHTMARE because I was NEVER connected to someone that spoke English and if by chance I did get to someone they were absolutely no help; therefore, I was stuck with paying a very high bill for HORENDOUS internet service that did nothing but buffer. Their tech support does not answer the phone and you have to leave a voice mail. Repeated customer service calls are apparently ignored unless there is such a huge backlog of calls and only 2 or 3 agents there to handle them. As so many others have stated already, this company cannot be trusted.
