what year is this? I met up with ZTE at CES and talked to them about the problems with the LivePro and without saying it was a known problem, they kindly offered to swap out the Sprint unit for a new unit. Customers who use more than 50GB of data during a billing cycle on unlimited will be deprioritized during times & places where the Sprint network is constrained.

It is far from perfect as I noted but as an Android device that projects, it does get the job done. I changed the battery today. They blamed me for keeping it plugged in too much but that isn’t the problem. The hotspot supports MAC filtering, port mapping and filtering, and UPNP. This is for the 910 model but it works just fine until it swells again. Concerned that normal use would lead to this result.

The Sprint WiFi Hotspot works just like it would on any Sprint Android phone (though this one has a 5000mAh Battery which pushes it to near 12 hours of usage). High-speed data is access to 3G/4G. Thin card vs. credit card suggestion helped, my library card and my insurance card worked very well.

I've removed the back cover and know that the battery is held by adhesive but it seems to be stuck very well. keeping it on charge all the time, may over time reduce the life of the battery so it may be better to check how quickly it discharges with normal usage, with the charger disconnected and then just recharge it when it gets to approx.
