As long as the pans are 2″ tall you can use the recipe as is. I like a more rustic looking cake, so I don’t smooth things out perfectly, but I do try to make it look presentable. I couldn’t find much for mint chocolate, so we decorated with mint aero bubbles and they paired well with the cake. Check that the the cakes are firm to the touch, and the move the cakes to a wire rack to cool. I love the sound of this cake and the reviews are amazing. Came out perfect!
