Hi, so throughout the day I have called a few times but due to errands I haven't been able to wait through the transferring time to tech support until they were able to connect me.
Whats the deal? I called earlier this morning to see if they could help troubleshoot the problem, they think it’s some sort of signal problem? garyzgh. I almost went with Fido but I read all sorts of horror stories online and ended up giving Rogers a call and surprisingly they offered me a higher speed than Fido for a cheaper rate.
