After spending almost an hour on the 1st floor we went to the Permanent Exhibition on the M floor which has collection of items from all over the world which gave the museum its name.

I'm not sure how can you spend 3h here unless you are seriously lost.. "Moctezuma's Headdress" or "Penacho" is the highlight!!!! There were also other armours from other places like Italy and Japan, not to mention the Ottoman Empire. For me it was the feathered head dress once supposed to be Montezuma’s cape. In any case, seeing the headdress or "penacho" is something I will never forget. Excellent museum. The combination of quetzal feathers with gold and all of the other elements is just gorgeous!!!!
