I also upped the mushrooms, but cut them smaller so kids wouldn’t complain ;). At which point do you add the chicken? Add the remaining lasagna noodles and pour the remaining cheese sauce over top. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. I would recommend my beef tenderloin. Spread half of the spinach mixture over the noodles.

xTieghan. Thanks so much!! I'm not sure if it was the alfredo sauce I chose but this was really bland. I also chopped the mushrooms rather well supposing that the mushroom slices would interrupt the texture (and scare the kids?). Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake the lasagna for 30 minutes. Squashes like zucchini or summer squash are yummy in lasagne — cut into thin rounds or shave into ribbons before layering. Lots of flavor and figured the spinach and mushrooms made it “healthy”. This looks so good! I also made your 30 minute Thai Ramen and that was a big hit with my family.
