The default temperature is 170, so this was not truly lowered. For that reason, I recommend using a good thermometer and check often. … I have tried a few so far and I am impressed with the variety of meats and fruit and vegs you suggest. Seasonings have some small amount of carbs, but it’s really negligible.
I am excited to try this and Glad you mentioned elevation..I am in Denver CO Burb ,at like 5300 always at a loss where to check meat time living here .I really want this to come out and not be a,waste !
