I start work early in the morning, so I like a breakfast that can be made the night before too. Most morning my breakfast IS bananas with peanut butter butt his would be a way better way to eat it! But oatmeal can be messy and hard to have on the go, so there had to be an easy, portable way to have that delicious flavor combination. Seriously, what a fantastic use of peanut butter. When I made a previous change, it bumped the peanut butter chips to the sauce ingredients. Be sure to check out the other bloggers’ recipes as well! Love the idea of sprinkling chocolate chips on top! It came out dry, but still tasted good. 2 1/2 cups rolled oats (make sure they are certified gluten free if you have a gluten intolerance) Can you tell me if this can be frozen, to be thawed and reheated at a later time?
