My parents and inlaws have them as conservatory furniture, Very comfortable. Helpful. by IKEA. I am 5'1" and so my head doesn't reach the head rest and I've tried putting cushions behind my back/head but they just slide about. Reviewed in the United States on July 8, 2012. It took about three times to get used to the actual feeding part because I had been in an upright chair with an upturned bucket to rest my feet on.

IKEA poang chair offers nine different fabrics and four leather colors. Well our cats like it, seriously, I like it too. I would recommend anyone purchase the IKEA Poang chair if they want a good, durable, high quality chair that will hold up … Very tall DH liked them, but with a footstool so he could stretch out. Very happy with it.

I love the Poang Chair! Bought by my parents who found during their cleaning rounds that many clients had these in their nurserys. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness. IT wasn't that hard to assemble the chair as long as follow the instruction & sort out parts before hand.

I sleep in it most nights now, it has saved me a lot of pain. These came packaged well. My wife and I have rocked our children to sleep in the Poang, though at times the wood arms can be a bit hard.
I have had it for two years and yes it comes with a ten year warranty but Ikea requires the original receipt.
Review of the IKEA Poang Chair. The cover is washable and i lengthened the tie back on the neck cushion and brought it lower for my height. It's a really great looking chair and was easy to put together. There's a problem loading this menu right now. The chair broke within 2 weeks in the back where it is assembled.
We brought six of them two years ago and have had parts break, bolts have broken and they sagged to where they were no longer comfortable, I would never buy another one again, BUT if you are a slight person then great, they will not sink as fast, and will be really comfortable for you.. After searching the internet tonight I discovered that this not an uncommon occurrence which is disappointing since Ikea brags about how it has extensively stress tested these chairs. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, cheap, and stylish chair at a good price.
Looks great in our nursery. Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2012. I actually bought it when i hurt my back and couldnt sit on my couches at all - have had it 3 months or so now and my back is fine but prefer to sit on it as my back feels better than if i sit on my couches too much.
