Growing up, Liem Pham was bullied for being a skinny guy. I took protein shakes, BCAAs, ZMA, whatever.

But I had a Justin Bieber like body. They want physiques which are muscular and have nice definition and chiseled abdominals.

I was always that skinny kid with red hair. This is because you will bulk up first (gain weight) and then you will need to cut (lose weight).

In December and January I had just 1 day off which was Christmas.

Nobody feels proud about something that he did without putting in the smallest effort. But one thing i trying to find is that ;do i have to leave gym and do body weight training exclusively or incorporate both.

My Reddit friends tell me I look like a cool viking and Facebook people call me out on the hair (which I wear because I like it) and are super mean. After feeling fairly strong and done with Stronglifts, I started PHUL. I used to love drinking beer with my friends but now I just drink water, only water. On the 1st of November last year, I finally decided to start working out my arms, legs, shoulders and my overall core, and today, almost one year later, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been, but at a cost.

When I first tried to go from skinny to muscular I only cared to put on weight. Because of that I was getting some compliments about my abs – and that made me feel confident. If you keep it up, you will be another success story! He has been training for about 20 years and managed to build a very impressive physique (currently he’s lean at 210 lbs).
