Thank you Slumber Cloud. I was almost on the verge of buying another mattress. The CR said he would ask his manager but did not do anything of the kind. My current mattress is only 2 years old and I really love it but it sleeps hot. RIPOFF! Send us a pic. Completely disappointing. The product arrived in the date range that was specified. Don't bother with the fake 5 star reviews they put up. It's cost-effective and washable. I heard about Slumber Cloud and thought its still cheaper than buying another mattress.
"Down alternative" is simply polyester fill. :) The feel of the fabric is also heavenly soft. I bought this for my grandson who sweats a lot during the night & wakes often. This comforter is AMAZING. However, quilts tend to be very thin, much less than a cm. The one I have currently isn't like that, it has an outside and an inside but the inside doesn't squish down like down. This comforter is AMAZING. Was on the pricey side.

I ordered mattress cooling pad August 15, 2020 and I was told it would come in 7-10 days....it is now September 1, and I have called twice with the same standard answer, that they are backed up....this time it was promised to be shipped by Sept 3, and should arrive by Sept 6 or 7th....it's not like this is a cheap mattress pad....$358.00...will give them one more chance....and will cancel Sept 8th if it does not show up....they do not let you know anything, or give out any information....you the customer has to call and get the updates....very VERY BAD BUSINESS in my world and I will never order anything from them again. My husband, who generally sleeps warm but is very happy with our old down comforter, hated how hot the slumber cloud slept. I would still wake up sweating even in a cooled room of 67 degrees sleeping directly on the pad placed ontop of a memory foam mattress. Marina loved her Tempur-Pedic mattress, but it just slept too hot. I still get hot flashes but am no longer moving around in a drowsy state trying to find a cool spot. I returned all 4. I get super hot when I sleep and many times wake up dripping. It was a purchase I wished I had made sooner. Great sleeping with a cooler mattress pad covering a pillow top mattress.I am no longer waking up several times in the middle of the night.
Is your comforter a quilt? We have a memory foam mattress and purchased this mattress pad for the purpose of cooling as promised on the website. It feels like cotton I guess maybe? I am troubled by hot flashes and was miserable. It’s been so wonderful that I’m about to order the rest of the products.

AS I WAS SLEEPING HOT, I WAS GUIDED TO BELIEVE THE NACREOUS MATTRESS PAD (GOLD PLUS RATING) WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE......SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$, IT DOESN'T! The best comforters in my opinion are real feather down, sadly most of what is being advertised as down isn’t really down at all, (down alternative) etc. I have an old comforter and my wife and I want a new one. I will not buy any other slumbercloud products based on the customer experience alone.If you do buy this and feel like it may or may not be working, i would highly encourage you to simply return it.If you create an account on SlumberCloud with the hopes of posting a review, you'll see that you can't do that anywhere on the website, which means they completely control their review process to make it look like they have great products. I'm very happy with my interaction with SlumberCloud. Delivery took 5 days although it was FedEx. So the shipping to me was free, but the return shipping for an article that did not perform as promised was not. When I tried to reach out to understand if there was a conflict with the pad and my mattress memory foam cooling technology they essentially never addressed my question and just informed me i was outside the return period.
