Shipped without dry ice, Rebel shipped another package with dry ice. The other con (though a small one) is that the ice cream is hard or flaky if you don’t let it soften first but that is easily fixed.

I seriously LOVE ice cream. I don’t really see much fiber. This page works best with JavaScript. I love how low carb it is and that it actually tastes good. I can only hope! I love it. Calories on the pint are still about what you would expect with an ice cream snack and by that I mean it’s pretty high, but what ice cream isn’t?

This is my favourite ice cream. And how good is it? The ice cream is Amazing!! Update: I contacted rebel and they shipped another package which arrived with dry ice completely frozen. No good! I followed instructions and let ice cream sit out for a few minutes and it was perfect. Nowadays though I can’t have just any old ice cream but maybe there is ice cream I CAN have on keto. It’s interesting. I’m planning on splitting a case with my mom because I really don’t need a whole case. This is one of the best and most detailed articles i have read on keto desserts. So keep in mind, I hadn’t had a bite of ice cream in at least 3 years and hadn’t had sugar in over a year before I tried this. (Yes I know it’s not healthy nor keto. I love ice cream. It is usually sweetened with stevia which is my go to all natural sweetener. All I know is it doesn’t make me sick, doesn’t break out my face (one bite of sugar breaks my face out) and it doesn’t spike my sugar, so I’m cool with it! Great customer service. If neither of those options sound appealing then I would check by your local Krogers. They sweetener that they opted to use was actually 2 sweeteners.
