The store bought has definite Vanilla smell!! Unfortunately I didn’t finish my old bottle before the return period ended and now I am stuck with what is likely cheap vanilla flavored vodka.

Just received vanilla, oddly back of bottle is all scratched up, I opened to smell it not the least bit smell of vanilla, smells like our alcohol.

When contacting our consumer affairs line we do ask for information from the packaging as well as information about when/where the product may have been purchased. I guess it has either expired, or they had shortage of vanilla beans. McCormick Culinary Pure Vanilla Extract is derives its rich, subtle flavor from the finest quality imported premium vanilla beans. I just love how Amazon drops the price of items for a short period. For thirty years I have used McCormick's products without incident.

The color is lighter then my last bottle from the store. Can not taste or smell the vanilla,,but does taste and smells like Bourbon. But please don't send me a product that is diluted to the point of being unusable. This Vanilla has to be diluted.
