Remove cake from pan to a serving platter; poke holes in cake with a meat fork. This amazing cake is ready in just over an hour so keep this in mind next time you need to come up with a dessert quick. This was just ok. The lemon pudding bundt cake is made in two steps. Lightly oil the bundt cake pan and spoon in half of the cake batter.
