This is a fantastic transformation. This is what makes my eDesign department unique. It has an LRV of 48, which means it is very similar in depth to Anew Gray (LRV 47). Updating your exterior? What’s left? This before and after made my heart sing. Orange beige and Pink Beige together tend to just look like a mismatch. . Pick up your Samplize square of Anew Gray here! Anew Gray leans more heavily towards gray, but the beige undertones are definitely apparent. However, if you have stone on your exterior, it completely dictates the colour palette. Anew Gray on cabinets pairs well with bronze or black hardware, and can warm up an otherwise cool space. Obviously, painting the siding a matching rusty colour would not be the most current choice. There are lots of new fabrics out there that combine beige and gray to make for a fresh look and a cooler palette. Great job. In contrast, Anew Gray has enough depth to it that it can make a dimly lit room feel too dark and maybe even smaller. Sherwin Williams recommends pairing Anew Gray with Pure White, Little Blue Box, and Incredible White. While Keystone Gray is a good coordinating color for Anew Gray, Warm Stone has green undertones, making it not a good match. If you ignore it, it will most likely look that way. Because Anew Gray has beige undertones, it is not a true gray. What a transformation! You can see in the picture below with white paper that the existing windows and trim are a deep almond/beige colour. A pale Orange Beige would technically coordinate, but being beige, it would read quite yellow so it would not look very current. Is gray on the way out? The ONLY way to correctly choose colour is with large samples. I knew if I spent the money to paint my house and hated the end result I’d be kicking myself for not contacting y’all.
